Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 June 2026
This policy explains how we handle your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Beam Loyalty PTY LTD (ABN 51 695 195 941) (“Beam Loyalty PTY LTD”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy applies to personal information we collect through beampromotions.com.au and in the course of providing our services.
2. The personal information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address and phone number;
- Your company and your role;
- The type of promotion or service you are interested in and any indicative budget;
- Any details you include in your message; and
- How you heard about us.
Information we collect automatically
When you interact with the site, our hosting and security providers may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type and user-agent, and the page that referred you. We use this information to deliver the site, keep it secure, and help identify and prevent spam and abuse.
3. How we collect your information
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete the contact form, and automatically through server logs and the third-party services described below. We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial account information) through this website.
4. Why we collect and use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
- Provide, quote for, and deliver our promotional campaign and loyalty services;
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We will only use your information for the purpose you provided it, for a related purpose you would reasonably expect, or where you have otherwise consented.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to trusted third-party service providers who help us run our website and respond to you, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service. These currently include:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and bot-protection (Turnstile);
- Zoho Corporation — email delivery (Zeptomail) and email hosting (Zoho Mail), used to deliver and receive your enquiry.
We may also disclose your information where required or authorised by law.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia. Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data overseas, including in the United States. Our email is processed through Zoho’s Australian data region. Where information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
To protect our contact form from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a token in your browser and process limited device and network information to distinguish humans from bots. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles of you.
8. How we keep your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.
11. Making a complaint
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly.
